"Sparky's Challenge" Completion Problem, Problem encountered completing Sparky challenge for victories not given.

Hi everyone, I recently immersed myself in the world of Magic and immediately encountered a problem. Basically in Sparky's Challenge I don't get a third win even though I win the games.
